Bunsmiths dishes are dry rubbed with herbs and spices then slow cooked for between 10 and 12 hours using specialist smoking ovens imported from the US, before being served with BBQ, mustard, smoked tomato and hot chilli sauces.

The brand new Bunsmiths menu includes; succulent 10 hour hickory smoked Beef Brisket Bun, rich 12 hour apple wood smoked Pulled Pork Bun, and the free range Buttermilk Fried Chicken Bun. For vegetarians the Veg Fritter Bun boasts delicious spiced sweet potato, candied and golden beetroot, coriander and chilli salsa. All chicken is free range and pork is freedom foods certified from pigs raised outdoors in natural sunlight.
